#070 – Terrorschach with Doctor Who (Static)
#070 – Terrorschach with Doctor Who (Panimating)
“The universe is big. It’s vast and complicated and ridiculous. And sometimes, very rarely, impossible things just happen and we call them miracles.”
— The Doctor, Season 5, Episode 12
“There’s a lot of things you need to get across this universe. Warp drive… wormhole refractors… You know the thing you need most of all? You need a hand to hold.”
— The Doctor, Season 6, Episode 6
Simple week-end mental yoga: Listening to some new stuff on iTune, throwing some visualisations on screen, while watching another episode of Doctor Who … and here is the pathetic surrealistic and post modernist outcome. I have to thank Doctor who for extirpating those terrors from my head, thanks to an impressive Rorschach session, at stellar scale. Did not charge me a penny, just left with one of his lines:
“You are the only mystery worth solving!”
The Rorschach test is a psychological test in which subjects’ perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analysed using psychological interpretation, complex algorithms, or both. Some psychologists use this test to examine a person’s personality characteristics and emotional functioning. It has been employed to detect underlying thought disorder, especially in cases where patients are reluctant to describe their thinking processes openly. The test is named after its creator, Swiss psychologist Hermann Rorschach. More on Wikipedia.
