Fallout 4 hit the shelves before XMas and I can’t wait to have a crack at it on my brand new PS4. Incidentally and from a technical perspective, it brings the 3D engine behind back in the spotlight: Bethesda Softworks have been evolving Gamebryo, this home brewed platform over the years to power their best selling franchises, Skyrim and Fallout. And today it definitely stands the competition, with cutting edge features regarding dynamic lighting, animations, physics and optimisation.
