There’s a particular emotion triggered by this visualisation, something along the lines of the making of a universe, just a fraction of second after the big bang, when matter and energy are still combined in a high temperature and radiation dominated plasma. First strings appear, dance around and combine in the most un-probabilistic associations. A strange color code sets in, blown into the fabric of the cosmos by the Creator, and all jaws dropped, we witness the coming of quantum chromo dynamics: The stage is set, the engine is roaring, let there be light.
